I think we invented winter.

That's really important in my mind to not have another party say that "the door was open" by bringing in that line of questioning.

Almost every client I represented that was accused of domestic violence said that the victim was crazy.

This is such a good point about updating the NOIA. I sometimes find it hard to navigate during the course of the investigation and feel like we realize something "too late" to change the notice

But isn't that the opposite of what Alyssa just said? That the Title IX Coordinator shouldn't be making that determination?
