Renew asked the Rotary Club 2018 for a donation to $2000 for appliances for a home that did not fit our criteria.

As to problems such as Walgreens, how do you overcome the bad impressions that keep them from investing in low income communities?
Currently Rotary works with the Family Closet run by North Chicago Community Partners. The focus is on education & supported by the Gorter Foundation. This is a worthwhile project.
What ways is the high school preparing their kids for the trades and working on these projects
I interviewed one NC High School student to sponsor for vocational scholarship in HVAC given by Rotary. That will also be a worthwhile program to invest it.
