Amnesty only concerns itself with addressing human rights. I seriously doubt if they would want to be seen weighing in on a project seeking to establish new legal norms (such as this), even be they an attempt to improve egalitarian relations.

If either government (in Israel or Palestine) has a veto power over any legislation passed by the Confederation authority, how can the Occupation be dismantled or how can (and why should) Palestinians accept Israel as a Jewish-majority state? Why not simply add gender-based violence to the existing list (race, religion, etc) as a "friendly amendment" to thus proposed legislation rather than going through the whole process of propoing additional legislation?

I am sorry if I did not act as a real Prime Minister. My idea was to act as a Prime minister that was elected by a coalition of pro-peace Israeli (both Jewish and Palestinian citizens). I think that this is possible in the near future, maybe. So this was my intention. I should note that the others acting on behalf of the Palestinians leadership are not acting as if they were real leaders since these voting patterns would not realistic.
