a suggestion for farmers and growers if folks don’t already know is to check out the newly created florida herbal co-op, which is a buy/sell/trade forum for herbalists seeking X amount of florida-grown herbs (medicinal mainly, not so much culinary) as a way to get an idea of what demand exists for which herbs
