So there is no round PPP2 unless you have spent all cash for PPP1, is there any work around rather than giving the money back? I don't want to give the funds back and not be eligible for round 2

regarding this question about aggregated company, another webinar said that they highly discourage applying separately if you applied in an aggregated way the first round. “Don’t be creative” is what those webinar panelists said. Stick with your structure the first round, they said. Just FYI
