My 6yo says that she is thinking of “amazing things and creating amazing stories” which interfere with her getting to sleep. Sometimes I have her get up and fold clothes silently which isn’t too stimulating. Reading more to her sparks more “amazing ideas.” do you have some recommendations of other things I might try to help her brain quiet?
