Delaware is not issuing Credential Cards yet so our members have gotten their Credential Cards from the 2 systems that are providing Credential Cards. Max Provides the Service of the ILB number with a beautiful image for a Private Placard. David in Alabama does a beautiful job creating the plates. Problem Solved. I created my own Credential card and have had a Private Placard for nearly 4 years.

All ILB Profiles now come with an ILB Card. It is not a recognized Identification currently but maybe down the road. They have all your ILB information , Photo, and Thumbprint and QR Code with your information on the back.

You must do SHOW and TELL with regards to convincing people to get involved. It's nice to have Credential. That's a big help. But I also show the letters I have mailed out to IRS and the responses to prove I don't have to pay taxes.

Part if the problem is that there is the attitude that they don’t want to do All of the paperwork, or if they have, they respond with they dont have the time, but want help with freeing up their paycheck and offsetting bills...or they want to help, but dont know what to do and reject when make suggestions.

W4V is for federal income. Do the W4 for regular wages, the instructions are on the form. You just write in Exempt.

Field, most employers have their own internal (totally okay with IRS) W forms that most fill out online. You must get in touch with HR and let them know you are Exempt. Don't even give a reason.

I'm going by what my son had to do. He gave them a W4V, but then he just told them he's Exempt and they added it into their online form he filled out. Easy.

We shouldn't have to figure out which forms to use for tax exemption. Tell employer you are an American state national (EXEMPT) and let them figure it out. My son wrote a letter and sent the W4V. His Fortune 100 employer had seen it before and accommodated his request to NOT be taxes for "income".

@ Jason.When you get a job, fill out the I-9 form. Check off "non-citizen national". You can use your ss# here if you wish, the form itself says it is voluntary. they will hold out SS but not taxes. But you do not have to. The employer has the choice of your passport for ID or both your DL and SS card. Use your passport for ID. Claiming State Citizen does not prevent you from getting any benefits from anything. Sign everything with the phrase "without prejudice". many do not use the W-4 form for tax withholding. We use the W-8BEN. Some employers will not accept it &demand a W-4. But it is illegal for them to demand it. seems most employers will & should except the W-8BEN. You do not have to file taxes. If you feel uneasy about not paying taxes, you can continue to pay them and see how your passport works for you. But you are only feeding the U.S.D.C. beast that is enslaving the country.If the employer wants me to provide them with a Form W4, then provide them w/copy of ROE
