When adjusting the mRNA vaccines for new strains are Phase 2 and 3 studies need to be done before they can be released for wide use?

Dr Katz: Can you speak a bit to how long natural immunity lasts for and how boosting immunity with immunization for those who have had previous infections would help extend this (i.e. would it be potentially 12 additional wks of protection after short term immunity winds down)
