Yecenia Tostado has committed her professional career to increasing education and workforce success for underrepresented populations. She is passionate about improving the local and global community and is committed to the empowerment and advancement of individuals across various stages of their education and career journey.She currently serves as the Executive Director of Project Azul, a nonprofitthat provides individuals from underserved communities with the flexible training and financial assistance needed to transition from unemployment and underemployment into full-time careers offering higher wages, access to benefits, and a pathway to career advancement.

A few more bios for you! Kimberly H. Simmons currently serves as the Vice President of Programs for the Indianapolis Urban League. A Dayton, Ohio native, Mrs. Simmons earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with honors from Central State University and a Master of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Mrs. Simmons has over 20years’ experience in Workforce Development, including extensive experience and success working with at-risk populations. Mrs. Simmons has secured and managed more than $4million in grant funding from federal, state and private foundations to provide employment and training opportunities to low-income and at-risk populations.

Janet Keesling is the President and CEO of Keys2Work. Jannett has 36years of experience in the hospitality and workforce/staffing industry.Daily she demonstrates to customers, staff, and community colleagues what it means to dream bigger and reach higher.In 1983, she and her husband, Gregg, joined with other partners to develop Summerset Village, a cultural tourism hotel in Western Jamaica.In 1996 she immigrated to the United Statesand foundedKeys2Work, an Indiana-based workforce development firm.Located in the City’s urban core, Keys2Work has grown to become the city’s largest alternative staffing firm serving disadvantaged workers. Jannett provides opportunities for persons with poor or limited work history to become productive wage-earners and experience the dignity of self-sustaining work.

Gregg Keesling has been a leader in workforce development in Indianapolis for the past 25 years. He is the founder of the nonprofit electronic recycling social enterprise RecycleForce. Since 2004, RecycleForce has provided employment, training, and services to more than 1600 citizens returning to the community from incarceration and recycled more than 100 tons of material destined for Indiana landfills.
