Do you have any advice on how to manage a large team where we have thousands and thousands of notifications coming in every month… lots of folks get overwhelmed by the constant email and text alerts (even though we train to filter the emails and mute the texts). We’re pointing them to just sort the pond and start there when they have time, but was just wondering your overall thought process with a high alert volume is… especially when a new agent comes in.

I have a question about the scenario where you take over for Raiya to try to engage the lead. The lead goes silent. Do you turn Raiya back on and do you keep the email drip going? My concern is that the AI Bot and Email Drip doesn't know any of the conversation that's happened and can be redundant making the 'team' seem uncoordinated. do you recommended just turning the AI Bot off and the email drip off and then it's just on us to stay in flow?

Re: Homeboy - As a team we do not give our agents access to the dashboard. We want to prevent agents from seeing other agents lead activity. Can you explain how other teams are doing this? Or is the being worked on for leads that are assigned to agents to get a notification to see what the consumer see’s in Homebot?
