I took caffeine out of my diet 2 months ago and it’s great! But…not sure I can delete wine. 😂😂

I agree Sherri!! Wine is a staple! I drink one or two cups of coffee each morning, but it doesn't matter if they are decaf or caffeinated.

Making time to exercise has helped me during the pandemic. Sometimes just a walk around the block for a bread from work.

if you feel like some work burnout is caused by a specific person who makes it emotionally draining. is it just a symptom of burnout "blame" or is there a solution for working on it? I mean i hear the negative self talk and i think that's part of it, but easier to know and hard to practice.

I'm really struggling with going back to the office. We are slowly transitioning back, and it gives me anxiety because alone time (even 15 minutes) is definitely my solace.

I feel the same, Jess. I see the pros/cons to in-office and work-from-home so I wish we could do a hybrid permanently.
