@Gaurav has this taken into account the plans from WHO for the Smart Yellow Card?
@Carl I would say that one option is for us to collaborate with patient-tracking tools that may be issuing Smart Yellow Cards. OpenSRP/Ona may be one good partner since they already interoperate with OpenLMIS for childhood immunizations. But WHAT patient tools will be Smart Yellow Card compatible?
Provide a service of what batches and expiry dates are approved within a country?
(especially when the expiry dates may be fluid for some vaccines where OpenLMIS could manage)
Is Steven Wanyee on this?
I would as well, just so that I can ensure that we coordinate for the product roadmap
same answer as Gaurav
jean miller too
The next PC meeting is next week, please let me know if I should add some time to discuss COVAX to our agenda
What time is that?
Good idea, Brandon. I can work to distribute beyond the OpenLMIS instances
I agree that UNDP has made this submission challenging
Highlighting the partnership process with country-specific needs would be a plus, in my opinion
I’ll follow up with our business dev team to see where BAO is
+ 1 to Brian's comment.
Note: The MOU language is short but legal teams will need to review it. UNDP requires the language in it that it is a "letter of intent to form a joint venture" and that each partner is "jointly and severally liable". UNDP is asking a lot of us all!
Great update and thank you for the work on the comms efforts!
