Indoor showers are private, outdoor showers kids wear bathing suits and there are 3 shower heads

Aria- it does sometimes rain at camp, but we’re always ready for it! And often our rainy days are our most fun days

How/when are meds given at camp? My son had to miss activities at another camp because meds were given after dinner and other kids went to campfire and evening activities.

how long of hikes do you do?

Anna- all medicine is handled through our health center by our camp nurses. Typically campers visit the health center around mealtimes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedtime)- no missing out here!

Evening activities include: creek walks, crazy kickball, overnights, pool parties, capture the flag

can you talk more about timing / how long it takes for drop off and pick-up? We are balancing with other activities the same day.

Lindley- drop off is typically quick around lunchtime, if you are coming from the DC area our buses leave Dulles at 9am!

Anna- cabins are grouped by grade level. Main village is roughly ages 6-12 ish, and senior village is 13ish to 16

Rachel- we’re surrounded by wildlife but we also have some beloved camp pets like dogs and cats

Molly- if its hot outside, chances are its hot inside, but we have lots of fun ways to cool down!

Do kids need to be able to carry their own luggage? Need to start a weight lifting regimen for the kid now if that's required...

Molly- during breakfast and dinner you sit with your age group, but at lunch you can sit wherever you like!
