I’m having problems with my device.It was coming on by itself throughout the day.At the recommendation of your staff, I charged it overnight.It was coming on while it was being charged.Then it was beeping, no lights, all day, with less than a minute between beeps. This continued until it stopped, because it ran out of power.

Try that.

That didn’t solve my problem, but I am going to try it again.

Trina: this is the message I got: “ customers generally get between 5 and 7 sessions before the device needs to be charged. We also now recommend charging for 8-hours and only charge when the device dies completely. “
