We were excited to do it on Fort Bragg because it automatically hooks us up with the survivor during the several hour E-Filing process to ensure they get help

Thanks so much, Tom, for sharing the perspective of Ft. Bragg FAP. Such a great national model!
Thomas Hill

Only drawback is at Fort Bragg vs. the Courthouse, we are required to inform the applicant about the Army/DoD reporting process, which can be chilling for persons actually interested in seeking help on military installations. Rapport building is essential with this issue
maria.rizzotto
01:10:57
reporting is important... the command who is invested in their members will find the resources, and help for their members to be a better soldier and family member... prevention, intervention and education and rehabilitation
Trina Williams
01:13:55
absolutely..

Commander can at least impose UCMJ if the SM violates an MPO
maria.rizzotto
01:30:35
yes there is a DODI that says they MPO should be filed locally which advocates can take the victims to file that MPO with a new CPO
