1. Sharon Alkin- Sharon has been the Director of Congregation B’nai Israel’s Child Development Center in Tustin, CA for the past 4 years. Prior to becoming Director, Sharon worked in the PreK class at CBI for 8 years. She has worked in early childhood education for the past 30 years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a university in Johannesburg, South Africa and obtained her certification in early childhood from Saddleback College. She is married with two children, three dogs, enjoys working in the classrooms whenever possible.

2. Mandi Warner: Mandi has been the Director of Early Childhood Education at Temple Beth El in Rochester, NY for the past 3 ½ years. Before coming to Beth El, she taught pre-kindergarten for 13 years, ten of which were at the Rochester JCC. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, PreK-6 certification, and a master's degree in literacy education, birth-6th grade certification. She is also the proud mom of a nine year old son, as well as two crazy pugs/ pug-mixes!

3. Sandra Kopp:Sandra Kopp, is the Director of Early Childhood Education at the Suzy Fischer Early Childhood Academy at Beth Torah Benny Rok Campus, North Miami Beach, FL. Originally from Argentina, Sandra has worked in the field of early childhood education for over three decades, including five years in Mexico City. She has presented at several national conferences such as the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and has served on the board of the National Jewish Early Childhood Network. Sandra has a master’s degree in Pre-k/Primary Education from Barry University, and she is a graduate of the JECEI-Covenant Fellowship for Excellence in Jewish Early Childhood Education and of the Covenant Foundation Fellowship.Sandra will be presenting various aspects of Communication- with parents, lay leaders and Sr. staff members of the synagogue.
