Question - On florida PTA’s website ( I shared this somewhere recently and cant recall where I found it on the website now) But it mentioned not sharing the budget publicly outside of the meeting.. How does that work? I began sharing it on our Memeberhub ahead of the last GA, then removed it when I saw that mentioned. I did share it on a slide in the GA and gave time for others to see it and review it.

GEMS PTA in Seminole would make a 2-3 highlights video of their meetings to post to FB.

That is a good idea!

If your Memberhub is open to everyone, include in your meeting announcements that the budget can be provided in advance to members who ask for it.

Create a Hub just for PTA Members were you can share 'members only' info and files. xx
