What is the range of the number of organizations you send the RFP to?

Hi Sue, it really varies depending on the competency areas that the projects require. It’s often around 25-30, but sometimes can be as high as 100.

How do we review/update competencies?

it’s so rarely nice in seattle this time of year - gotta get it while i can!

I have experienced various challenges when I was asked to schedule interviews in response to various proposals. What can CE do to better project manage that process and increase its level and effectiveness of communication?There are often long period of time with little or no follow up after an interview; what can CE do to better keep providers aware of the stats of their proposal/the clients vetting process?

How is CE ensuring that its providers are not bringing funding opportunities to their existing clients (CZI, etc.) and then being 'picked' by said client, given that this results in all providers not being vetted equally or having an equitable opportunity to be awarded certain projects?
