This is about the existing 2nd Round of PPP funding. No new rounds of PPP have been approved by the Federal Government. There were some changes to the PPP in this round of stimulus, this is what Drew is covering.

What is a food service agency? Do you serve food to people or do you provide food to resturants?

My understanding of the program is that you have to serve food directly to a consumer (bar, restaurant, diner, etc) in order to qualify. If you provide food to a restaurant, you will not qualify.

Where can we get this information?

Are there any limitations on the amount that a company that is assisting you with the PPP application process. I've heard of one company asking for a 20% fee.
