Agnes Stanislas I am currently in New Jersey recent graduate with a MA in I/O Psychology. I am unemployed was wondering if this forum is for someone like me.
Margaret Clarkson (Leadership Development and Coaching)
27:59
That's what I was thinking! Similar to coaching questions. What does success look like?
Jess Wass (she/her)
28:12
Exactly Margaret!
Rebecca Levendusky

Margaret Clarkson (Leadership Development and Coaching)
28:37
I really like that Legacy question!
Risa Seelenfreund
30:11
Love that Raya. Small impacts, one conversation at a time.
Margaret Clarkson (Leadership Development and Coaching)
32:20
Great points Jess! Love that reframe from negative to positive.
Kaylin Aarts
37:28
Jess - Jimit likes Marvel too!
David Persky (he/him)
38:09
Kaylin, I really like the plain language you use to describe the benefits of positivity: that humans have a negativity bias. It seems a much better way of talking about AI as compared to launching into generative language which can confuse people.
Margaret Clarkson (Leadership Development and Coaching)
39:34
Thanks everyone! Will look to connect individually. Great conversation!
Jimit Thakkar
43:22
Haha yes Jess that Marvel reference definitely resonated more than I’d like to admit!
Rebecca Levendusky
43:35
This is so relatable. I’m in a unique position at my company because I work with EVERY person in some way and I am starting to realize how important the stories we tell can be. Especially the positive stories. And I get to bring these stories to our President — and they are usually things he’s never heard.
David Persky (he/him)
44:04
Just generally, this is so helpful, to hear how each of you navigate these conversations around positivity. 🙂
Risa Seelenfreund
46:23
Thank you!
Noah Salzman (he/him)
46:46
That’s such a good point around rationality being a relative thing
Risa Seelenfreund
47:23
It's true. So much to learn from negative or toxic pollination when you dig deeply.
Risa Seelenfreund
50:37
Yes, thanks.
David Persky (he/him)
54:51
Is there an article on the creation of the Incredibles that you might recommend?
Jess Wass (she/her)
55:06
Let me see if I can remember the book that talked about it
David Persky (he/him)
55:27
Great, thank you.
Noah Salzman (he/him)
56:29
One observation from the cheap seats: I’ve observed that startups often want to start by starting vs running large-scale change processes. They have similar needs around transformation and change, but they opt for pilots, experimentation, just trying
