That's a campus issue , maybe the administration at that school isn't supportive of the PTO

Idea: I have an email address group of the PTO Presidents and I often email them fun grants they can apply for: seeds to grow wildflower grants, etc. and I send them ways to nominate their teachers for prizes and awards from organizations outside the school district.
