I am at a point where I am trying to find the balance between my low current low overhead model, and expanding my expenses to generate more revenue/have more flexibility. Right now I am looking at it on a project by project basis but at some point I need to translate that into my overall goals for my projections... that is part of my current pricing challenge

Some things that help with pricing is having an "unfair advantage" that increases the perceived value of your products/services. So, if you have a process that no one else has or strategic partner that makes your product exclusive, etc. that can help justifying a higher cost

I think this shows how important it is to get feedback from our current and/or potential customers about what do they value about current services/products, what would they change, why they chose us over others, etc. Feedback that can validate the value you provide directly from the mouths of those who choose us is important, in my opinion
