@Cynthia Shay - you can share your PPT on your screen during your presentation AND you can also share the link to it and any pdfs on your chat during your presentation. You can also upload your handouts on Sched. We are actually encouraging all our speakers to upload their handouts. Our audience will be able to access the recording of your presentation as well as handouts if you DO put them on Sched.

You will have access to the chat. If you choose to use the breakout room function you can but please keep in mind that the workshops are only 40 minutes.

The meeting will end promptly at the scheduled time.

@Katie Harri, @Corina - If you click on your presentation, you will see that some people will have added your workshop to their schedule. There will be little faces attached to the bottom. However, not all participants will do this. There is no way to know for certain ahead of time how many will attend. I suggest you keep an eye on “participants” at the start of your workshop to get a good sense.

@Laurie Olsen - The CABE Facilitator should be able to help you with the breakout room creation And move participants when you request. Keep in mind, though, that some participants may decide to join in the middle of your presentation and those will not be in a room.

Similar to the in-person conference we will not know how many attendees you will have in your presentation prior to the start of your workshop. Attendees have the option to choose the workshops they would like to attend.
