Great session. Loving the ideas. We been using 15 min touchpoints, 3 times a week, videos on. We also use Slack as a daily "check in", where my team have been great at sourcing gifs which tell us how they are feeling - over time we've all become more comfortable and open about sharing when things aren't going so well. This helps as an additional channel for communication.
