Will this be publicized to prospective members? For example, it would make sense to me to suggest a smaller amount for young families who are considering joining but even an amount of $2000 seems a lot.

If we pledge enough, and pray fervently enough, can you guarantee the Bills will win the Super Bowl next year? If not, maybe, at least the AFC championship?

Will there continue to be a request for a High Holiday contribution?

Will the amount pledged be confidential? Who would know?

will the sustain model differentiate single versus family households?

What about High Holy Day tickets? Does this plan affect what you charge for nonmembers?

The method of deriving the sustaining number is the budget divided by households. Currently, somewhere close to 1/3 of households pay reduced dues. So does this assume that at least 1/3 of households will pay more than the sustaining number?
