Keith great job! We are with TS 100%!
How is the Temple doing financially and how has the pandemic affected its finances?
If we had done this this year would the amount be similar to our current dues?
Ed Muszynski & Bonnie Hughes
will we get quarterly bills?
Well explained, Keith. Looking forward to the next steps!
how do you see this model affecting high holiday appeal.?
Jon & Nancy Chernak
Will this be publicized to prospective members? For example, it would make sense to me to suggest a smaller amount for young families who are considering joining but even an amount of $2000 seems a lot.
If we pledge enough, and pray fervently enough, can you guarantee the Bills will win the Super Bowl next year? If not, maybe, at least the AFC championship?
Sandy & Jill Miller
Will there continue to be a request for a High Holiday contribution?
Will the amount pledged be confidential? Who would know?
will the sustain model differentiate single versus family households?
What about High Holy Day tickets? Does this plan affect what you charge for nonmembers?
Sounds like an exciting step forward.
thanks, Keith. really well done
is the amount chosen by a congregant family asked reviewed mid year or is the pledge for the full year?
Many thanks to everyone on the committee. It was a lot of work, and we appreciate your efforts!
can you make a half year pledge?
Hebrew School tuition?
The method of deriving the sustaining number is the budget divided by households. Currently, somewhere close to 1/3 of households pay reduced dues. So does this assume that at least 1/3 of households will pay more than the sustaining number?
Who is the conversation about amount between?
Thank you to the committee and to you, Keith. I find this whole idea to be very promising!
Jon & Nancy Chernak
Thanks for the thorough explanation! I think our younger family members will be excited about this change.
This has been an incredible feat taken by TS. Well done to the Committee and Leadership across the board.
Thank you Keith and all for joining!
