I’m a supervisor and my case managers are intimidated sometimes by leases and don’t regularly review them with tenants. Suggestions?

My client doesn't believe he can actually be evicted. Can/should I bring in other legal resources to explain the eviction process.

My client keeps calling the police to report illegal activity in the complex. Landlord has said he'll evict my client unless the constant police calls stop. The illegal activity is a real concern, so I'm not sure what to tell my client.
