Question about when it's necessary to publish Planning Commission meetings. If they are meeting to make a recommendation on a variance or CUP or changes to ordinances that needs to be published. But not if they are meeting to review ordinances or just general business this does not need to be published.

Regarding the calendar's dates with a star. Some months there are a lot of stars, i.e., Feb., March. Did I understand you to say townships should not hold meetings on any date with a star?

Each year you'll get a notice from SAM's when you need to re-register and they usually give you a month's notice.
