54:06
about any specific course ?

54:43
How do we engage students who feel online learning is not for them?

55:11
this is good question how we engaged them?//

55:51
my question is that how we meet with and cater on for psychomotor assessment? especially in engineering labs during online process (Prof Dr Musavi, Karachi Pakistan)

58:16
and what about the research projects do we continue because no one delivers any accessories required for research or any alternative of research

01:02:48
For online class delivery, in practical exams how can we ensure that we are covering well all the CLOs of the course? ( Dr. Samia Kouki, HCT, UAE)

01:02:52
I am also would like to know how best to assess psychomotor development in vocational areas.

01:07:54
Are formative tests enough efficient to assess students?

01:09:35
To overcome some of the obstacles regarding internet connectivity ofstudents, mobile network operators and ISPs granted 6GB of free internet to the students connecting to the internet with their student IDs on university websites in Turkey.

01:14:35
I am sorry, I have to leave now. Thank you for the informative discussions!

01:16:04
Colleagues, can you please join us at our Global Conference on Online Education to continue this very very interesting discussion? https://centerrip.org/events/best-practices-of-online-education/ We will be very much honored.

01:17:47
We at Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), Rawalpindi, Pakistan, have taken a few measures to support the transition from traditional to online education.1. Developing standards for online education - course design to instruction. This helped to make sure the CLOs are aligned with assessment.2. Trained Staff, Faculty members and Students about online education and equipped them with the tech tools to teach and learn.3. Piloted online education mode to learn about the ground realities and solve those problems.4. Developed an online assessment policy which incorporates diverse assessment and evaluation mechanisms - from encouraging students' participation in the interactive online sessions to the types and modes of exams that can be conducted.5. The Office of Quality Enhancement Cell reviewed the courses' quality, and monitors and evaluates the online classes, besides conducting students evaluations.6. Continuous sharing of gaps with faculty members and staff and devising ways to fill those gaps.

01:18:03
There is a big gap to bridge (in terms of infrastructural support) between labs/studios and online simulations or online videos of lab work, which we are still learning to navigate.

01:18:10
It must be noted that all learning cannot be measured, and the online tests tend to quantify learning which doesn't give the complete picture of learning. Teachers and Quality Assurance Agencies need to take that into account.

01:18:55
