Does that only apply to non-Hub pharmacies?
Rebekah
49:41
Thanks for putting that in the comments if it’s prime or booster :)
Duane Jones
59:24
can we please not move to the next phase until we get more vaccine!!
Laura C
01:01:02
If an order says Boost/1st dose, is that an error? or is it extra doses sent to meet current demand for 1st doses?
iPhone
01:01:15
do we have a list of those facilities?
Brenna’s iPhone
01:01:52
yea thank you John in independent living. exact scenario we are facing this week
Terry Perkins
01:02:28
Can Pulaski County pharmacies expect to get Prime doses for the second week of February?
Laura Lumsden
01:02:44
ditto to Brenna's comment.
Ivy Moore
01:04:37
can you tell us where the court system falls? i had two attorneys come in this week and said they will get theirs next week! they wouldn’t pass the teachers/ over 70 group huh?
J & K Bond
01:05:30
Can spokes have visibility to their orders? If not by ADH, can the HUB submit the transfer in WebIZ the quantity that ADH has allotted for us>
Mary Carole Polk
01:08:18
ditto Duane

The real problem is the people from outside of our county constantly calling.
Stacy Boeckmann Cooper
01:08:50
yes! a county specific number would be great!
Duane Jones
01:09:44
we cannot take their names because the list gets too long. Please Governor realize you have entered 440,000 into the mix with only 37,000 doses. The list gets 800 to 7200 people and that crates false hope.
Brenna’s iPhone
01:11:38
ditto to Duane
Brenna’s iPhone
01:14:54
we have so many 1C people wanting to be put on a list. just not feasible at this time
Kyle Hively
01:17:55
I think a “list” for each county would clear up much confusion and relieve the pressure from the vaccination sites. can the local health units handle this?
Ivy Moore
01:18:47
our county set up a “covid hotline “ y
Eric's iPhone
01:19:12
list are great (or OK) but we are finding large numbers aren’t real. 20 call backs this week. 2 takers.
Ivy Moore
01:19:36
our county set up a “covid hotline”. that is the only thing that has saved us. volunteers work it
Scott Stanley
01:19:37
Also, let the local Health Dept take Care of these patients.
Glenn Wood
01:19:56
That's why each county needs a central phone number to call to get on the list. The county doesn't need to schedule, simply collect names. As supplies increase, hopefully so will the providers per county. If we had one list to pull from then each provider could call and receive names off the list to match their supply for the week and the pharmacy could schedule. The call volume into our pharmacy is incredibly time consuming and takes away from the core business model.
Rebekah
01:21:09
Same, Cody!

I will add that duanes people won’t hold true. they will call 20 other places to beat their allotted appointments

Rebekah

I’m in a very very rural area and people don’t have smart phones or internet. I’m going straight list and I call each person.
Mary Carole Polk
01:22:21
Us to if they can't use their phones.

list work but be honest to set expectations. let the. know you did 30 yesterday and they are number 1348 on our list
Mitchell's Park St Rx
01:23:26
We contacted all of our over 70 patients to see if they wanted on this list. We also accepted names from folks who called that met the criteria and were in our county. We will vaccinate 92% of our over 70 patients when we are finished.
Rebekah
01:23:34
I haven’t had a single person not show up. But I don’t schedule out because I would need to call to confirm.
Rebekah
01:24:00
Yep I’ve started telling them how many are on my list.
Daniel Lunsford
01:24:05
My standard practice of scheduling is as soon as I put my order to be delivered the next day, I start calling to schedule new doses. For second doses, I have them come in exact same time in 3 weeks. So Tuesday the 2nd at 10, is also Tuesday the 23rd at 10.
Rebekah
01:24:31
Same, Daniel
Janet Liles
01:24:47
With improved supply predictability coming, what is the best method for requesting a large quantity for a "mass clinic"? For example, if you have a larger population within the current phase beyond your allocated supply, is there a best method of request?
natalie_bari
01:25:34
Does anyone know if your pharmacy system transmits to webiz, can you go back and submit a separate flat file to add info to existing records which would include race, ethnicity info?
Stacy Boeckmann Cooper
01:26:13
Do we have a new date when the governor would like to open up the rest of 1b? I know the original date was 2/1
Brenna’s iPhone
01:26:36
when can the Hubs expect to enter into a “regular” expected shipment?
Brenna’s iPhone
01:26:47
next week, 3 weeks?
Stacy Boeckmann Cooper
01:28:53
I’m not advocating for the opening of the phase 1b, just trying to get an answer to the questions I”m getting from those in that group!
Scott Stanley
01:29:41
What is best practice when patients do not want to come in on schedule Day?
Scott Stanley
01:30:07

James Garland

How many pharmacies are in Arkansas?
Laura C
01:31:28
are chain pharmacies allowed to transfer?
John Clay Kirtley
01:31:36
roughly 760 retail pharmacy permits in Arkansas.
Terry Perkins
01:32:01
when can the Hubs expect to enter into a “regular” expected shipment?next week, 3 weeks?
Kelly Buffalo
01:33:10
The reason it sits in the fridge until Friday is so the patients have the weekend to recover if they have any issues.
James Garland
01:33:32
I am sure this has been brought up before but why not spread the workload and allow every pharmacy 50 doses per week? That's 10 per day roughly. That would be easy even for the busiest retail stores without jeopardizing prescription accuracy.
James Garland
01:34:14
I did 53 on Friday and I am literally the only employee at my store
Kyle Hively
01:35:43
the centralized list has worked for every county that has used this model. Why not use this model in all counties? Managing “the list” is 10x more work than the vaccinating!
Mitchell's Park St Rx
01:35:46
Thank you! Sometimes patients delay their second dose for one reason or another and its there when they are ready and can take it. But, we are vaccinating people!
Jennifer
01:38:34
Do you have any estimate on when the rest of 1b will open up. We get that question all day everyday and we can’t even provide an estimate to them.
Rebekah
01:42:12
Definitely seeing worse side effects of those who had previous COVID
Bob
01:44:52
Yes, we are also.
Brenna’s iPhone
01:46:58
one issue I feel has been percolating is that our long time patients feel they should have priority versus other patients and groups in town. I feel since this is a government owned product that we must serve the entire public not give preference to our own patients. Thoughts?
Cody Turner
01:47:58
Can we do something to educate prescribers across the state as well on this. I receive multiple patients daily presenting letters of medical necessity from their prescribers along with angry follow-up calls from prescribers after I inform their patients that they are not currently eligible
Daniel Lunsford
01:48:29
Walmart had a press release that they are going to start these immunizations. Where is their supply coming from?

just want to throw this out there. If any one is vaccinating on sundays I don't mind helping you if you just let me know ahead of time. Obviously can't be much help Monday-Sat
Amy Babb
