Identify existing forestry policies/regulations. Assess whether they provide a balanced and sustainable approach to timber production and forest conservation, considering the well being of the community as a whole as it pertains to economic, public health, and ecosystem factors. Promote action that addresses identified gaps and/or imbalance.

Which agency/ies are responsible for following up on management plans and ensuring that landowners in the DF program are managing to avoid disease and subsequent clear-cut? If the management plan is not followed, are the taxes adjusted and backpaid?
Gwendolyn Hannam

Wonder if there is value in a map being available for public view, to see what cause/reason for a parcel clear-cut? Would be interested how much being seen by the public are due to residential/commercial development vs. DFL
