What is the position of the experts on non-emergency transportation? Obviously transportation providers transport residents/patients in a small, confinedspace, such as a van or ambulance, over an extended period of time. Should facilities require COVID testing status at the front door?

We have a written log for employees with the employee's and answers to the screening questions inlcuding temperature. This is a running log by date and time the individual entered the building. We have a similar system for visitors, however, this is based on the date of the visit, the pre-screen and the on-site screen and the resident visited.
We receive a lot of new donated gifts for the holiday season for our residents to give/get presents, are LTC facilities allowed to receive donated new items from outside places if they able to be wiped down ? or does this matter ? or should we not accept donations during this time ( we are located in Manchester )
when are the state contracts being sent out for testing reimbursement
We are a congregate living facility in Enfield NH, we have 11 residents. How can we have access to rapid Covid testing?
CMS did confirm for GHC that the consider EMT's to be "contracted" and are required to follow proof of testing. We understand that CMS will be issuing something specific shortly.
When moving from saty at Home to Safer at Home did you have an expectation of increased cases identified with schools opening? Would we expect to return to Safer at Home at a certain case level, 14 day average, hospitalizations and test positivity rate?
Given that we are entering Influenza season and the risk of potentially overwhelming our hospital systems with symptoms that could be Flu or could be COVID is there any consideration being given to mandating Influenza vaccination for all Healthcare workers in Assisted Living and LTC settings?

Can you be specific in relation to which counties are now in phase 1? It looks like Rockingham County will now be in phase 1?

Taylor, can you post the link in this chat for holiday guidance? Thank you
For family visits for the holidays, do the facilities need to be in phase 3? where only medical visits are allowed in phase 1-2
This is common in Assisted Living
Following up from an earlier question regarding the testing of ambulance and or transport personnel, Justin Romanello from the State of NH Fire Academy for EMS, states he unaware of any regular testing requirements unless a business or department requires.
Taylor could you show us how to get that county data grid you are showing, I tried to find it on the dashboard but couldn't find it.
@Jnormand, see this instruction slide deck on using the data dashboard (particularly page 5) https://www.dhhs.nh.gov/dphs/cdcs/covid19/documents/data-dashboard-ltcf.pdf (if you still have questions after looking at this, let me know!)
This is also a fantastically detailed map https://dashboard.nh.gov/t/DHHS/views/COVID-19LrgMaps/MAPCurrentCasesLrg.pdf
4. If negative rapid results need to be reported, is the lab responsibility to report them , or the facility requesting the test?
