Is there any work being pursued for reparations for communities of color in light of past and current discriminatory practices in the state?
Daniel Patrick Isaacson

Did you see the WWeek article highlighting the astronomical fines the olcc gives for rather simple errors that disproportionately affect small operations and are terminal if levied. If our goal is to encourage more PoC and folks impacted by the war on drugs to enter this business, the notion they could invest their entire life savings into a business and lose it all to a $100,000 fine because a label was written incorrectly, is a huge problem.

I am pro-gun/pro-second amendment but we do need a law that says you can’t bring a gun to a protest, rally, or march and if a police officer ignores someone bring a gun they will be automatically fired.

Going back to HB 3112, I believe the expungement of additional charges like child endangerment for old crimes prelegalization like possession of less than an ounce should be automatic. Thank you, Rep. Fahey! :)

I am working with a statewide group of providers focused on housing issues for youth and families, with special attention on unhoused youth. Looking Glass is addressing this issue in your district/Lane County. We would like to have you spend 20 minutes with us on this issue in a zoom meeting. Can you/your staff contact me to set a meeting? Thanks for all you are doing! Craig Opperman craig.opperman@lookingglass.us

The OLCC doesn't discriminate when it comes to the size of a company. They treat each case the same when it comes to penalties.
