Are you letting builders do their own blower door tests and HVAC contractors do their own duct leakage testing??? If so, why? There are plenty of 3rd party HERS raters that are already proficient.

Good points Ryan. The duct testing requirement has not been emphasized enough. This will be even more challenging than the blower door requirement for builders.

Good foam pack and seal ALL sheetrock penetrations and you will be good (3ACH).
