Can you talk more about building a crate? This is the first I'm hearing of this and I don't know what you guys are talking about.

If we just wanted to ship via UPS can we do that and what address should we use?

some teams produce their own pins, but not many - usually its just affiliate pins

10 pins per student is too few, would suggest 25-30

will they be offering those workshops? They are not listed on the site and several of our managers have asked

How the tournament time slot is determined? Will it be grouped based on challenges/ level / registration time or something else?

no idea on the time of opening ceremonies - but in the past, it was In the evening - BUT teams MAY be scheduled for Saturday afternoon performances

we have no idea/control over what time any particular team will be scheduled to perform

I emailed Global DI and they told me that they would do what they could to honor scheduling requests (there is a place in the registration for those requests).

yes, the team manager picks up all the credentials...they are usually in one big package/team

yes, as long as payment is made, one person can pick up credentials

My kids all keep theirs up in their rooms and talk about pin trading as one of the best parts!

how do the kids carry them around? we've got 9 & 10 yo boys

many HS students are too cool to trade but generally elementary and middle level are active traders and the pins are their Global memories

the trading is the way keeps meet one another!
