It has been a very tough environment from a cost point-of-view given the layoffs, reduction in salaries etc. Though this also opens a lot of opportunities in advanced/gig economies. Talent is available anytime/anywhere and lot of flexibility around freelancing/project kind of arrangements.
COVID was a great opportunity to restructure the operating model. we discover that we can do more with less. unfortunately, in many cases the crisis was wasted as many organization missed the chance to reskill, pivot and refocus
