My organization appears to be somewhat still performative...they put new ideas and concepts like the ones we are talking about today out there, but it is a one and done rather than integrated into the culture.

At my organization we are allowed to express to staffing if there are clients we prefer not to work on and why so we don't get placed on clients where our values don't align. In my opinion it really is creating a psychologically safe environment

I would love to watch that TedTalk. Seems such a valuable topic to touch upon these days when so much is going on in the world but our lives are so jammed packed, we have no time to sit back and reflect about it.
