Bill we lost you ...
Stewart Vanderwilt, CPR (he/him)
45:19
For upcoming Q&A: How/when can we see what the local/geo digital audience and inventory potential are? This is important to determine what resource we might devote to monetizing this.
Keith Woods, he/him
01:04:36
Bob, I’m glad you agree. I think it's a great idea.
Jon Abbott he/him/his
01:11:44
Good question Bill. Leaving flexibility, where we can, is ideal

Just wanted to share that we are a university licensee and our license holder will not let us use Stripe. They see significant PCI issues with Stripe. I have shared this initiative with them, but Stripe remains a non-starter with them. We have absolutely no way around it. What are the plans for stations that will be prohibited from using Stripe? Are we dead in the water?
Melanie Johnson | WUWM
01:22:58
Great point Will, WUWM might be in the same situation.
Jaclyn Sallee, KNBA/Koahnic Broadcast
01:23:23
How will donors get the message or ask. On NPR radio programs.
Bryan Moffett (he/him)
01:26:38
I can answer the Stripe question next!
Kevin
01:31:23
If I recall correctly, the PCI issue relates to Sustaining gifts vs. one-time donations...just an fyi for future discussion.
Joel Sucherman
01:31:42
KUOW and Caryn Mathes is one example of a university licensee that has found a way forward with Stripe. She has offered to talk to a station experiencing difficulties.
Rachel Hubbard
01:32:06
@Will I think we are going to get around it by going through our university foundation. I don't know if that helps you.
Rachel Hubbard
01:33:03
@Leora, what if one of the stations in a multi-station market does not follow up on the leads? Then what happens to the donor?
Duchesne Drew
01:33:11
This has been helpful. I
Duchesne Drew

I've gotta run to my next meeting. Thank you.
Stewart Vanderwilt, CPR (he/him)
01:34:00
I'd suggest a work group do a sprint on this.
Kevin
01:34:24
One thought for Friday's discussion if we are out of time today...related to the Entry Point slide; if one key objective relates to building individual station member files, the CDP "filter" should include a list of prospects, not just active and lapsed members.
Bob Kempf
01:34:50
+1 Stewart. GBH would be happy to participate in that group.
Rachel Hubbard
01:35:17
+1 Stewart and Bob. Happy to participate too.
