Is it additional Network adequacy layer under the umbrella of ILOS and how long do health plans have to build over the current service area?
Josh Balloch
20:11
In regions with two ccos, If you have one CCO offering ILOS benefit are the other CCOs in that service area required to offer that same benefit for their member?
Erin Fair Taylor
20:38
Will you be sharing these slides?
Hannah Bryan
22:25
Yes, we will be sharing slides!
Ari Rojanala
27:33
I am wondering that question also regarding nutrition and diet.
Sandra Winfree
28:01
Would some of these apply for SDOH?
Anna Warner
29:40
If something like THW services in a community setting is developed as an ILOS for some CCOs, are we still able to fund similar THW services at a CBO as a HRS community benefit?
Erin Fair Taylor
30:24
Would you re-post the link to the proposed billing codes that was mentioned earlier?
Dave Inbody
30:34
ILOS can apply to SDOH if it can be a medically appropriate and cost effective alternative to a covered benefit

That one worked! Thanks again!

We have some Birth Doulas (THWs) on the line. Are there plans/ideas for CCOs to leverage/utilize Doulas when it comes to ILOS?
Erin Fair Taylor
40:17
We are interested in exploring THWs, but the billing codes are a key point of decision to determine if it will work for us.
Alyssa Craigie
42:17
If I'm understanding correctly, ILOS is the preferred payment method for THWs providing covered services while HRS is preferred for THWs providing non-covered services. What if a THW is expected to provide both covered and non-covered services? It seems like that would be a fairly common scenario for THWs.
Erin Fair Taylor
46:38
To build on Alyssa's comment/question, we are considering case rates for THWs to address that scenario, but then we're wondering whether there may be a disincentive to do that under ILOS due to the PBR for HRS.
Erin Fair Taylor
47:14
Seems unreasonably burdensome to expect CBOs/THWs to bill separately for ILOS and HRS
Alyssa Craigie
47:28
Exactly, Erin. Thanks!
Josh Balloch
47:49
I agree with Erin as well
Anna Warner
49:05
We fund many CBO THW services as community benefit initiative to help with funding for the program to the whole community and reduce reporting burden to track and verify whether they are providing services to a CCO member or an uninsured client or a FFS client, etc
Alyssa Craigie
53:08
The FAQ noted that ILOS may need to be documented in a member's treatment plan and that OHA is developing a plan to oversee medical appropriateness and documentation. Can you elaborate?
Ari Rojanala
56:52
Can you please talk about reporting requirements from providers under ILOS?
