Brene Brown is really good, she has done a lot of research on shame and vulnerability. Really powerful, her ted talks are great. Highly recommend

TED talks are available on YouTube - inspirational speakers/experts providing short talks on a huge range of topics. Really recommend!

insight timer is a really good app....it is free and has thousands of meditations and also you can pay for a yearly membership which gives access to many good courses

I teach mindfulness to my p6 class - can anyone recommend anything (mindfulness lesson for kids) I can post them on their Teams page -I've found wee bits and piece suitable for children but wonder if I'm missing anything?
Another mindfulness app I've heard of is called Serenity
I saw an ad for barbie doing meditation, think it was with headspace
Gabor Mate does amazing work on trauma and addiction
Beverliann - Look at Anna Freud resources on line - are you part of their School in Mind Programme? Huge range of resources and teaching aids
Smiling Mind is worth a look
Francine Jay has a good book on minimalism but a lighter touch
