Clients have no clue about the diaspora — and within culture there is so much denial — how do we get marketers to learn from the storytellers, the intelligentsia in the Afro-Latino community? (BTW - my husband is an Afro Latino and was in Insecure and that’s a great story about a Panamanian being cast for the first time as a Panamanian.
