Hello to everyone! Thanks to Kathy, Dee and Jason. Looking forward to getting some great tips. Thanks for being here!
Question from a first-time rider: to what extent is RTR a fast-paced ride as opposed to a casual, sight-seeing ride? I assume there will be people crushing it and others cruising, but is there a generally accepted pace? I'm comfy at 2.5 to 3.0 watts/kg - will I be left behind? Should I train up?
Thank you Deirdre we think you are wonderful!
Thank you so much!
Jason - I am one of the Medics and can tell you to simply enjoy yourself at your pace and not worry about anyone else's pace. No one will be pushing you or expecting you to ride at a certain pace. ENJOY!
jason- my husband and I are first-timers and we will definitely be cruising. My wattage is more like 1.5 so you’ll be way ahead of me
Good to know. Thanks much!!

Nutrition Webinar is coming!
RE Sufferfest - I used that specific training plan 2 years ago and it was perfect. I replaced one of the weekend workouts with the outdoor endurance. I only did 4 core days a week
Thank you all! Good info.
