I can't stand on one leg because my pelvis has to be fixed first. Same with other excersies
I was pregnant and still have problems 4 months after birth. I got pelvis problems early in pregnancy
I’ve got PGP and just wondering what movement is best on getting out of bed as that’s when it hurts the most. am keeping legs together when rolling etc.
