I have been receiving UC notices that several EE's have been receiving UC benefits while employed full time at our institution. No work stoppage, no decrease in work hours here. Charges are going against our UC account. These EE's have part time jobs that may have been eliminated or decrease hours due to pandemic. I have not addressed the notices with the employees. But have been informing the UC Center that they are fully employed. Should i address the EE's? Will they be required to repay UC the benefits they have received? Are they entitled to the benefits?

What if the person is still waiting on a test result? Do we have to wait for the results to communicate?
