Lack of enforcement is major in Santa Monica. Scooters are back in Palisades Park; unlicensed fitness teachers are there and people are waling through without masks. Where is the enforcement? All we get is pr about all enforcement that never nappens.
What is the lead dept in SM relating to homeless outreach or mental health, like when someone is walking around screaming and obviously needs some kind of help?
