Many thanks to BRLA for organising this very informative seminar and to the presenters for sharing their experience. Very interesting to hear how courts in Russia, England, and Cyprus, as well as arbitral tribunals, are dealing with COVID-19. Just to share experience from my own jurisdiction - the Cayman Islands - I can say that the courts here have also adapted well and continue to hear cases by utilising electronic filing and video conferencing.
