Digital Health is how we are using technology to improve healthcare experiences

My Chart is a system to allow you access to your health information

At the hospital staff can complete their COVID19Screening via a mobile app - we are trying ways to reduce the line-ups at the hospital.

Not all senior are technology savvy. Our Diverse population will be at a definite disadvantage.

We need to be very clear on what assumption this approach is based on and to make these assumption visible in order to make sure we are meeting everyone's need

Very worried on how to make a digital platform that could be dementia and elder friendly for those that do not use technology

@Abdul, Digital Health Group is focused on how we can support everyone in our community with digital health - and we know this will not meet everyone's needs.

The group look at all aspects of how our community can be supported in healthcare with information access, booking etc

So are we in agreement that many will not be served and we are very clear on who they are and what other alternative arrangements can be made for those vulnerable populations?

@Christine - understanding the demographic of our community is really important and this is why the CWC needs the platform to gather your views.

@Abdul yes, not everyone would be able to use digital platforms - there should always be alternatives to support the community need

@Sharon totally agreed we need to understand the demographic so that we are not making assumption about the population we serve!
