Any word about when folks with pre-existing conditions who are in their 60’s will be able to get immunization in Marin?

The County is giving vaccines to those 65 and above at the Marin Civic Center. Sign up at https://coronavirus.marinhhs.org/vaccine and click on the Vaccine Interest Form. They will send you an email when they have appointments available each week.

It was extremely challenging to get an appointment for my 94 year old friend here. Finally got an appt. at end of the month in Mill Valley. Hard to see much younger and healthy people get it before him…

What about telomere supplements?
Sarah613474

Candidates include vitamin D, omega-3 fatty acids, and TA-65, a product that purportedly contains extracts of astragalus membranaceus, a plant-based compound that demonstrates immunomodulatory, anti-oxidative stress, and anti-aging effects, the latter of which are associated with longer telomeres.

Haven't tried it yet but I have heard about banana tea from several sources. Google it. Basically cut the ends off both ends of a washed banana and boil the whole banana, with the peel on, in a small pot of water for 10 minutes. Strain and drink the tea shortly before bedtime. You can sprinkle on cinnamon if you want. Apparently it is full of magnesium and potassium helping you to relax.

My dear departed Aunt Jean, a retired nurse, used to say about orgasm, “It’s as good as a tonic.”

I’ve noticed that when I eat broccoli I feel much better. Also deep breathing helps a lot and thinking positive is really important.
