If I am a young farmer with training but limited capital and I come to you what help can you provide to me?

Do Agrarian Commons always require the farmers who would be lease holder farmers to use regenerative agriculture practices? if so, is that monitored by the Commons Boards? ( I am thinking about ‘best practice’ not only for food production but also for soil carbon capture looking toward mitigating climate collapse.)

Do you have any regional land purchase limitations based on climate change that you will not integrate in the commons?
