I think I read in a book on CyberSafety by Scott Augenbaum the suggestion to use a phrase from something like part of a nursery rhyme or a quote and insert some numbers here & there to make it unique.

We had someone in a Zoom session rename themselves as the rabbi and then that person participated in the chat box conversation. We tried to engage them to find out who they really were and eventually removed them from the meeting.

Backing up shared google documents - especially during the pandemic, we have been sharing a lot of google docs, created by a variety of people (staff and volunteers). How do we protect those documents from potential ransomware encryption? Docs on our server are backed up, but not sure how to handle google docs.
