What do you do about the balance between refusing to be silenced but worried about others’ perceptions that you "can’t let it go" and move on - when you’re hoping to open eyes and don’t need to hear that you’re courageous, but also sensitive to loved ones who are tired of it, even though you can’t shake it due to unforeseen triggers?
